Please make an effort to provide as much detail & clarity when describing what you want. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. If you are rude, whiny, or trying to bribe me in any way, you will be refused service. Repeated behavior will result in being blocked without warning.
Payment
Commissions $100.00 or less need to be paid in full, upfront.
Commissions $101.00 or higher require a minimum $100.00 deposit before commission will be started.
Remainder to be paid before finished image will be sent to commissioner.
Payment is accepted via paypal ONLY. All prices are in USD. If you need help converting, please contact me!

Delivery Time
Commissions can take between 1 -2 weeks to complete (Based on current work list, real life factors, and what type of commission you ordered.) (Ie. Emotes will have a faster turn around than a full illustration)
Some factors that can affect time:
As the artist I will do my best to respond to any inquiries within a timely manner.
You agree to review works in progress and provide commentary, all change requests, approve the work and so on in a reasonable time frame of three (3) days. Please note that if a deadline is set in place, my ability to deliver the final product is affected by delayed responses. I will also communicate to you of any delays on my end.
Some factors that can affect time:
- The order of which I receive commissions.
- The complexity or style of your order/character.
- The quantity of commissions that you order.

Satisfaction

Copyright & Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold all copyright to the produced artwork, not the commissioner, unless otherwise stated. The commission is only to be used by myself and the commissioner.
Therefore, I am allowed by law:
It is illegal for anyone to violate any of the rights provided by the copyright law to the copyright holder.

For non-commercial commissions, I grant you (the client) an Exclusive license, with modification rights. You have the perpetual and worldwide right and license to use, distribute, reproduce, adapt, modify and display the final work so long as no profit is made from the work, and proper credit is given to me. Credit includes linking to my social media pages, and/or my website.
For commercial commissions, limited to emotes, twitch overlays, logos, and panels. Commissioner is granted an additional limited license to use images for profit. This may include but is not limited to using the images on merch, to promote subscription or donations, or to promote their brand. Commissioner must still acknowledge credit to myself as the creator of said images.
I have the right to post your commission online to promote myself/my art. However, I will always properly credit the commissioner for their character.
If you want your commission to be private (sent directly to you and not posted anywhere) I will charge a 25% privacy fee.
The following is considered copyright infringement:

- To reproduce the work in copies or photo records;
- To prepare derivative works based upon the work;
- To distribute copies of the work to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, or lending; and to display the copyrighted work publicly.

Full refunds are given if either:

Deposits do not qualify for a refund if work has been started.
